Few things have the power to plunge we human beings to the depths of our murderous arrogance and destructiveness, nor to raise us to the heights of human achievement, compassion and creativity.

No matter what our view of the meta-physics of the Divinity, we remain, in the broadest sense, Human Spiritual Beings.

Religion, both good and bad, has the power to access every dimension of the human condition. It is not a force to be ignored in the hope that it will go away. It just won’t.

 

If suppressed and scorned, it will turn around and bite our reductionist delusions when we least expect it! For good or ill.

 

As the world grows smaller, religious traditions other than our own cannot be disregarded or derided.

We will rise to the challenge of finding the solution to the problems that bad religion has caused deep within the heart of faith and good religion itself!
