The secular state is responsible for ensuring that every citizen is treated with:
- Justice
- Respect and
- Due process
In every imaginable situation.
As citizens we are responsible for behaving with Justice towards all,
even the last, the least and the lost amongst us!
Moderates are passionate about:
- Distributive Justice –
Closing the wealth gap
- Restorative Justice –
Focusing on the needs of victims
AND offenders.
- Corrective Justice -
That the remedy be part
of the cure.
- Accessible, Affordable and Timely Justice
The prisons must not be full of
people who do not have the money
to be innocent.
